Incredible hosts, breathtaking views, dolphins in the fjord, outstanding hiking, spotless and homely apartment, stunning decor.

I had a wonderful stay at Solheim Fritidsgard! The location was fine, with amazing views of the fjord. The owners of the villa were kind and cute, making me feel right at home. The vintage cabin, Ida bua, was charming and cozy, filled with authentic 50's decor. Despite the lack of water and bathroom in the cabin, the overall experience was magical. The surrounding nature was extraordinary, offering a peaceful and secluded atmosphere without the crowds of tourists. I didn't want to leave this special place. I highly recommend Solheim Fritidsgard for a relaxing and unique getaway. I cannot wait to return and experience more of the beauty this hotel has to offer.

The lodges at Solheim Fritidsgard are so cozy and comfortable - perfect for a quiet getaway in the beautiful countryside. We loved the relaxed vibes and homely furnishings. As a family with kids, it felt like a home away from home.

While the shared bathroom in the nearby house was clean and convenient, I personally preferred having a private one. But hey, that's just my own preference!

Mind-blowing location with jaw-dropping views of Breidvik and the mountains from the apartment's large windows. Cozy and spacious apartment with excellent heating. Very helpful and friendly hosts who made us feel welcome. Easy access to Northern Lights viewing spots with little light pollution. Convenient proximity to Lyngen Alps for breathtaking views. A working farm with cows, perfect for pet owners and nature lovers. Close to Blaisvatnet for hiking enthusiasts. Convenient ferry connection to Tromsoe

We stayed at Solheim Fritidsgard for 6 nights and had a fantastic time. The apartment had stunning views and a homelike atmosphere with beautiful interior decoration. The fully equipped kitchen made it feel like a home away from home. The owners were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We especially loved the BBQ lodge on the hill and the cozy day bed. a relaxing and memorable stay.

The location of the hotel is easily accessible by car, with a ferry running regularly nearby. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the Breidvik area from the windows of their spacious apartments. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the heating system ensures a cozy stay even in the cold weather. Additionally, the hotel is situated in an area with little light pollution, making it ideal for hunting the Northern Lights.

Guests should be aware that there is no nearby grocery store, with the nearest one being 22km away.

Always return to my favorite place in Svensby. Friendly staff helped me find parking on my first stay. Perfect stay with Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Dryer, Electric kettle, Cookware. Coming back for business.

The hosts were friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. The location was great, only a few minutes away from the ferry. The views from the cottage were amazing, although it was a shame that it was raining during our stay. It would have been even better if we had a car to explore more of the beautiful region.

On our last night, a large group of skiers arrived and were quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep. It was our last night so we weren't too bothered, but it could have been uncomfortable if it had happened every night.

We got great value for our money at Solheim Fritidsgard. The apartment was fully equipped and had fine views. The owners were friendly and were really nice too make our stay enjoyable. It seemed like a second home in a cozy and peaceful setting.

The morning meal could have been improved. It would have been nice to have the option for breakfast and dinner, especially since the nearest grocery store was quite far away.
